RULES & REGULATIONS
-All band members or solo artists must be 20 years old or younger
-All band members or solo artists must live in Texas
-Act must include physical instruments and at least one guitar, whether solo or a band. No solo singers, DJs, hip-hop/rappers, etc.
-Guitar players with backing tracks are okay
