EXHIBITOR CHECK-IN, Load-In/Out Info:
LOAD IN TIMES:
Check-in Available Wednesday
6PM – 9PM
Check-in/Load & Set up Thursday
9AM – 7PM
LOAD OUT TIMES:
Sunday: After 6PM.
No dismantling before 6pm
FREIGHT/SHIPPING:
You are required to pack, label, and set up return freight with the company of your choice.
DIGF is not responsible for contacting your shipping company to confirm returns or scheduling.
You are responsible for scheduling return shipping. Please schedule returns for Monday, morning May 6, 2024.
All freight must be delivered on or after Tuesday, April 31, 2024
You MUST fill out THIS FORM
You may ship for free, up to 4 boxes with a combined weight less than 100lbs.
If you have more freight than the free amount you will have an additional drayage fee and you can email nerissa@guitarshow.com or contact Nerissa by texting 972-240-2206 for more information.
